Our limited liability policy only covers the fee-for-service, and not any other incidental or transactional costs. If Admire Property Group incurs any such costs while providing services on behalf of our clients, they will need to be settled or deducted from the retainer.

Specific circumstances in which the retainer fee is non-refundable during the service period include:

  • Client changing his/her mind.
  • Change in the client’s financial circumstances
  • Disengagement of our services for any reason outside the agreed terms.
  • Client’s failure to exchange a property, despite reasonable attempts being made to find a closest match as per contractual/mutual agreement
  • Client’s inability to settle, regardless of whose fault it is, once the contract is unconditional.
  • Home buyers purchasing their principal place of residence (PPR).
  • Change in market conditions causing delays in the acquisition of the right property

 

We reserve the right to modify our guarantee and disclaimer policies without notice. Clients who have already agreed to the Buyers’ Agreement will still be subject to its conditions. This demonstrates our transparency and adherence to contractual obligations. The Buyers’ Agreement remains the primary governing document for our client relationships.
